Disconnect and delete

TaskFlow gives you separate controls for revoking Google access and permanently deleting TaskFlow data. Neither action deletes your Google Tasks.

Disconnect Google

  1. Open TaskFlow and select your profile in the sidebar.
  2. Select “Disconnect Google”.
  3. TaskFlow revokes access where possible and removes its encrypted token.

Your TaskFlow account and local collaboration data remain available for reconnection. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.

Delete your TaskFlow account

  1. Open your profile menu.
  2. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  3. Select “Delete TaskFlow account”.

If you own a shared workspace, transfer or remove it first so other members are not stranded. Deletion revokes sessions and removes active TaskFlow account data, Google authorization, synchronized projections, and owned metadata. Limited records may persist only where necessary for security, legal compliance, or until protected backups expire.

What stays in Google

Your lists and tasks remain in Google Tasks. Delete them explicitly in TaskFlow or Google Tasks only if you also want them removed from Google.
