Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of TaskFlow. By using TaskFlow, you agree to them.
Effective September 9, 2026
The service
TaskFlow is an independent productivity application that connects to Google Tasks and adds planning and collaboration features. Google Tasks remains authoritative for task titles, notes, completion, due dates, hierarchy, Google ordering, and deletion. TaskFlow is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.
Your account and content
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and have authority to share content with workspace members. You retain ownership of your content and grant TaskFlow only the rights needed to host, process, synchronize, and display it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, probe other users' data, or use TaskFlow in violation of Google's terms or applicable law. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service and its users.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or experience interruptions, including because of Google API availability. Keep appropriate copies of important information. To the extent permitted by law, TaskFlow is provided without warranties and liability is limited to direct losses caused by TaskFlow's failure to exercise reasonable care.
Ending use
You may disconnect Google, sign out, or delete your TaskFlow account. Account deletion does not delete your Google Tasks. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, acceptable-use, and liability provisions—continue to apply.
